Bloom Growth's homepage doesn't lead with features. It says "Software alone doesn't grow businesses" and describes a system, coaches who have run companies, and a community of founders, with a platform to run it all. That's an honest description of what the money buys, and it's why a straight feature comparison with Nautis would mislead you.
A founder comparing these two usually has one of two problems. Either the leadership team isn't executing together, or the company's records and follow-ups are falling through gaps. This page helps you work out which problem is yours, then sets out cost, scope and limits from each company's published pages as of October 2026.

What are you actually paying Bloom Growth for?
You are paying for an operating rhythm and the people who help it stick. Its pricing table calls the coach "the pillar that decides if this sticks", and it describes coaches as former entrepreneurs who work directly with leadership teams, run quarterly planning and hold people accountable between sessions. Its coaching page says coaches spend 60 to 120 days a year alongside leadership teams.
The platform underneath is a shared workspace for meetings, KPIs, goals, issues, to-dos, the org chart and the business plan. Teams can rename terms across it, with terminology control running from template-based on Core and Scale to fully customizable on Flourish. Its original build served EOS, and the company now says any business OS can run on it, naming Scaling Up and Pinnacle as well.
So if your leadership team needs someone outside the company to push it, Nautis is the wrong comparison altogether. Software with a good briefing won't tell your head of sales that she has missed three commitments. A company committed to EOS should choose a tool built to run it, which Bloom Growth says it can do and Nautis can't, as Nautis has no EOS or OKR tooling. EOS® is a trademark of EOS Worldwide.
How the flat fee changes the sums
Bloom Growth's flat fee rewards size. A 60-person company on Core pays about $5 a head, and it can bring everyone in without counting seats. A 6-person company pays about $50 a head for the same plan, which is where the two products split.
| Setup | Monthly | Per year | Fits up to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nautis Launch | $49 | $588 | 5 team members |
| Nautis Voyage | $99 | $1,188 | 10 team members |
| Nautis Fleet | $129 | $1,548 | 25 team members |
| Bloom Core | $299 | $3,588 | Unlimited users |
| Bloom Scale | $499 | $5,988 | Unlimited users |
| Bloom Flourish | $999 | $11,988 | Unlimited users |
| Bloom Core with a coach | From $2,799 | From $33,588 | Unlimited users |
The last row is the honest one to budget against if coaching is why you are looking. Compare it with what a fractional operator or an extra hire would cost you, because that's the real alternative, and software at $129 isn't. Nautis yearly plans give 2 months free, which brings Fleet to $1,290. Bloom Growth's pricing page shows monthly figures and no yearly discount that we could see.
A quarterly planning week, run both ways
Say your 18-person company is planning next quarter, with a bridge round also under way.
- With Bloom Growth, your team works from its playbooks and session templates, and on Scale or Flourish an advisor helps set up the system. Add a coach and that person facilitates the session and follows up between sessions. Goals, issues and to-dos come out in the shared platform, and the transcriber writes the recap.
- With Nautis, nothing tells you how to run the session. You might declare "Raise $500k by December" in Outcome Workflows, review the AI's cross-module plan, and let it create a task board with document requests and metric targets. Steps that touch the outside world pause for approval.
- On the bridge round itself, Nautis has the pipeline: a round in the Fundraising CRM, deals by stage, a data room, and runway from Startup Health. Bloom's pages don't list investor tools, so you would keep those records somewhere else.
Notice who does the thinking. In the first flow a person challenges your priorities. In the second, software turns priorities you have already chosen into tracked work. Neither one replaces the other.
Where Bloom Growth is ahead
- Accountability from outside. Nautis has no coach, implementer network or peer group. Bloom's plan table includes community access to founders running the same system on every tier, and nothing like it comes with Nautis.
- Whole-company reach. Unlimited seats mean a 200-person firm can put every employee on the plan for the same fee. Nautis startup plans stop at 25 team members.
- Framework choice. You can run a recognised method and change its labels to match your own vocabulary.
- Track record. Bloom's pricing page cites over a decade of experience and 4,600+ organizations. Nautis launched publicly in July 2026, and independent reviews are few.
Where Nautis fits better, and where it falls short
Nautis suits a company too small to justify $299 a month for meeting discipline, whose real pain sits in operations. A seed-stage founder can see overdue invoices, pipeline movement and runway in one briefing, tap Do it on a reminder, and keep investor deals next to the data room. Each person's role limits what they see, and every agent action is audit-logged. Task boards and the Decision Loop add a light layer of planning and review.
Its limits are real. Nautis won't teach you how to lead, and it doesn't care whether your meetings are any good. Because it covers many functions, a specialist CRM or accounting package will go deeper. Approvals default to Ask every time, so someone has to keep clearing them. AI credits are capped by plan. And a thin workspace gives you a thin briefing, so the value depends on your team actually working there.
How to decide this week
- Write down the last three things that went wrong. If they sound like "sales and product never agreed" or "nobody owned it", you have an alignment problem. Look at Bloom Growth or another system in the business operating system roundup.
- If they sound like "we forgot to chase that investor" or "nobody knew runway had dropped", you have a records and follow-up problem. A trial of Nautis will show that within a fortnight if you load real data.
- Count heads. Above 25 people who need access, Nautis is out, and Bloom's flat fee starts to look cheap.
- Check your budget honestly against the coach. Bloom without its coach is a lower-commitment way in, but the company itself says the coach is what makes the system last.
If Bloom's model appeals but the price doesn't, these Bloom Growth alternatives include per-seat tools that work out cheaper for small teams. For background on the method question, see EOS vs Scaling Up vs OKRs.
FAQ
What is the main difference in Nautis vs Bloom Growth?
Bloom Growth combines an operating system, coaching, community and a platform, and is aimed at changing how a leadership team works. Nautis is software that holds a startup's operational records and has an AI Chief of Staff working across them. Bloom helps you decide how to run the company, while Nautis keeps the daily work moving.
How much does Bloom Growth cost?
As of October 2026 it lists Bloom Core at $299, Bloom Scale at $499 and Bloom Flourish at $999 a month, all with unlimited users and no long-term contract. A coach is an add-on starting at $2,500 a month on any tier.
Does Bloom Growth work with EOS?
Yes, by its own account. Its pricing FAQ says the software works with EOS, Scaling Up, Pinnacle and other frameworks, and it also has its own Growth System. Nautis has no EOS tooling, so an EOS company should pick an EOS tool.
Is Bloom Growth worth it for a small startup?
It depends on whether you need the system more than the software. At $299 a month, a six-person team pays about $50 per person, while per-seat EOS tools or an operations tool cost less. It makes more sense once several people need the same rhythm, or if you plan to add a coach.
Does Nautis include coaching?
No. Nautis gives you software, a help center and AI advisors, which aren't a replacement for a coach, board or human chief of staff. If outside accountability is what you need, budget for a person.
