Nautis (PitchWitch Ventures LLC) is an all-in-one startup operating system that provides tools for team collaboration, project management, business planning, document management, chat, AI-powered features, financial planning, and other productivity features. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Organization Accounts
- Organization administrators are responsible for managing team members and permissions
- Administrators may invite, remove, or adjust roles of team members
- Organization data belongs to the organization; individual users may not retain copies upon leaving
4. Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Nautis (PitchWitch Ventures LLC) and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
