About Acrobator Ventures
Operating as an international analysis competition built to advance the development of algorithms targeting registering whole-slide images (WSIs) of immunohistochemistry (IHC) stained breast cancer tissue sections, The ACROBAT challenge stands out in its space. Teams of researchers from surrounding globe remain invited to compete by submitting algorithms that may register WSIs with high accuracy alongside robustness. The challenge is open to analysis teams of any size and is sponsored by the International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI). The challenge provides teams with entry to a collection of WSIs alongside IHC images, and challenge organizers provide a platform for teams to upload alongside evaluate their algorithms. Teams are evaluated based on a combination of accuracy, robustness, and speed metrics. winning group of the ACROBAT challenge will be awarded a cash prize.
